This fast growing foodservice company has an unrivalled reputation for quality and supplies some of London’s top restaurants. They are looking to strengthen their Buying team by appointing an experienced and talented Buyer who has a taste and a passion for fine dining. You will be a strong negotiator and ideally have previous fine food buying experience e.g. vinegars, truffle oils, chocolate, fruit, pasta etc

The main areas of this role will include;

• Negotiating cost prices

• Management of junior team members

• Evaluating the supplier base

• Building strong working relationships with suppliers

• Selecting a market leading product range and driving category growth via setting promotional strategies.
