This leading household name retailer is currently looking for an experienced Food Buying Manager .They have grown rapidly over recent years and are currently performing ahead of market expectations.
It is essential you are a strong negotiator and have extensive Category Buying Management experience with a multi-site retailer. Candidates will ideally have experience within any Food category e.g. Fresh / Chilled, Frozen, Grocery or Ambient.
This senior level position will have responsibility for the management and development of a number of team members setting and developing range and business strategy. This is a senior management position and therefore it is essential applicants have man-management experience and a proven track record of successful category delivery in a fast paced high-pressure retail environment.
Applications are welcomed from candidates educated to degree level with experience gained within a retail head office environment for a top 20 retailer.
