Our client is a leading convenience retailer who is currently enjoying a period of rapid growth. They are now looking to expand their management team by appointing a Regional Sales Controller to create and implement the sales development strategy.
The ideal candidate will currently be operating at a senior level for a leading convenience retailer either within a either sales development position or an operational role such as Area/Regional Manager. You will have full financial responsibility and will be accountable for the training, management and development of a large field sales team. It is therefore essential that you have had previous senior level management experience.
You will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
