This leading household name retailer is currently looking for an experienced Head of Buying to manage their Toys & Games team. They have grown rapidly over recent years and are currently performing ahead of market expectations.

It is essential you are a strong negotiator and have extensive Category Buying Management experience with a multi-site retailer. Candidates will ideally have experience within Toys & Games products however consideration will be given to applicants who have the relevant experience of managing a team of Buyers / Buying Assistants within a fast passed multi-site retail environment.

This senior level role will manage a team of Buyers setting and developing range and category strategy. This is a senior management position and therefore it is essential applicants have man-management experience and a proven track record of successful category delivery in a fast passed high-pressure retail environment.
