Our client is a leading business. They are currently looking for experienced Merchandiser to join their Head Office team. You will be responsible for working within the merchandise function ensuring sales and stock targets are met.
Main Responsibilities:
• Planning stock availability for new and existing products.
• Forecasting seasonal and promotional changes in demand
• Management of category range reviews
• Working cross functionally with the buying team to make decisions regarding product range / selection
• Ensuring category sales/margin targets are achieved
• Management and review of suppliers against KPI targets
• Managing a team of Merchandisers
The ideal candidate will be have head office merchandising experience gained for a leading UK retailer and be keen to progress their career within a rapidly expanding organisation. Your experience may have been gained in any relevant fast moving [FMCG] product category.
