Our client is a well known retail business and they are currently looking for an experienced Senior Buying Manager to join their head office team. They have grown rapidly over recent years and have currently performing strongly in a competitive market.
It is essential you are a strong negotiator and have extensive Home and Leisure experience within one or more of the following categories [e.g. Homeware, Electrical, Gardening, Sports, Furniture, Outdoor Living, DIY]. You will manage a team of Buyers and Assistants setting range and category strategy.
This is a senior management position and therefore it is essential applicants have man-management experience and a strong record of commercial achievements.
Applications are welcomed from candidates educated to degree level or equivalent with experience gained within a head office environment for a leading retailer. You will enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic retail environment and be comfortable liaising with board level colleagues.
