Our client is a leading retail business. They are currently looking for a Transportation Analyst to join their head office team. You will be responsible for supporting the retailers operations, spotting trends and reducing costs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implementation of a best practice process for workflow and communication of information
• Mining complex data warehouses
• Analysing and reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basic using key metrics.
• Accurate and timely management and analysis of systems information
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and have experience in a similar role for a leading retailer or manufacturer. You will have strong analytical skills with an advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, Access and VBA. Knowledge of programmes like Essbase and Cognos will be an advantage.
