- This organisation is a large blue-chip with global reach and tremendous opportunities available for ambitious consultants looking to take on exciting projects and develop further within the consulting sector. Based in London, and with potential to travel globally, this business has seen fast growth in recent years.
They work across a few sectors such as Retail, Consumer, Energy and Financial Services and the projects they run are varied in scope but largely leaning towards more of an advisory capacity within transformation and change.
This client are seeking a highly experienced Consulting Manager, with a background in leading complex, cross functional transformation programmes across Consumer and FMCG sectors.
The role will directly support the Lead Partner but the Manager will have full autonomy and responsibility for client engagements and client development.
Requirements:
- Must have a track record in business transformation across consumer-driven sectors.
- A minimum 2:1 degree is required, along with excellent teamwork, communication, and consulting skillsets
- Full flexibility with regards to travel with clients based across Europe and North America.
- 5+ years’ minimum experience in management consultancy
- Experience in leading, motivating and developing teams of consultants
