Description
My client is a global leading consulting and professional services brand seeking to expand their team by hiring Senior Consultants within their Finance service line. You will be working with clients consisting of today's leading global names, innovative growth companies and major government departments to address issues of importance to senior leaders by creating value and delivering world-class finance capabilities.
 
You will consult across several key services including Finance Transformation, Performance Improvement, Outsourcing, Planning Management, Performance Management, Budgeting and Forecasting and you will largely focus on business transformation programmes and financial management.
 
The business are looking for applicants who can demonstrate real impact within business and help transform the finance functions of some of the world's most respected commercial and public sector organisations.
 
Core applicant qualities:
 
  • Professional in conduct and comfortable in front of both external and internal clients at senior levels
  • Expertise in a number of technical areas
  • Comfortable meeting deadlines, and quality and risk objectives.
  • Delivering high quality work on a consistent basis, proactively overcoming issues
  • Logical and creative problem solver
  • Collaborative and a real team player proactively knowledge sharing to impact performance of team members.
 
Academic Requirements:
 
  • Degree (2.1 or above), from a leading university
  • Qualified Accountant - ACA, CIMA or ACCA
  • Professional Experience Required:
  • Big 4, global management consultancy firm or Blue Chip organization - with an appropriate financial background.
 
A solid understanding in the following skills / experiences profiles:
 
  • Project Management
  • Finance Function & Accounting Operations, Financial Management & Accounting
  • In depth expertise around finance function processes (PTP, RTR, OTC)
  • Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting & Management Reporting (incl. variance analysis)
