- Description
- The Senior digital marketing manager role will have ownership of the overall digital marketing brand strategy and customer proposition including SEO and PPC initiatives. The post holder will be tasked with meeting business critical objectives, reporting to senior stakeholders on wider ranging KPIs relating to customer acquisitions and business development.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and empower a team of high-performing digital marketing professionals to deliver best-in-class experiences across all digital platforms.
- Own long-term platform-specific strategies; leading on implementation with support of team.
- Constantly strive to perfect and evolve the digital content strategy across all platforms, bringing to life brand and product storytelling for our consumers.
- Work closely with other unit leaders to deliver a consistent, seamless experience for digital consumers regardless of the digital touch point.
- Monitor digital landscape for opportunities to optimise existing presence on digital platforms and assess the opportunities available to launch on new and emerging platforms.
What we are looking for:
- Degree educated with minimum 2:1 classification, ideally in a numerical or scientific field
- Proven experience delivery a variety of B2C focused campaigns with a large degree of ownership and campaign management.
- Strong knowledge in SEO, PPC and display
- Strong analytical skills with experience of using and online analytics tool would be desirable (SQL, Tableau, Quicksilver)
- Experience in delivering campaign landing destinations, previous experience of working with digital teams, agency and in house side is also desirable
- Retail or FMCG experience is essential
