- Our client is an international brand known as one of the most innovate and successful digital businesses in the world. To continue their success and growth, the business are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager. Broadly speaking this person will be responsible for will leading and managing the digital execution of marketing activity and campaigns, working with key stakeholder in marketing, brand and analytics.
Working across both Free and Paid Channels, the successful applicant will be asked to:
- Ensure product information is accurate and optimised to ensure high conversion and all activities are delivered on time and within budget.
- Work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, and other key stakeholders including Advertising, Brand, Online Acquisition, Online Sales and Digital to ensure all marketing campaign objectives are translated and executed across all platforms
- Generate new and exciting campaigns to drive shopper engagement, sales and loyalty.
- Work with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and the Digital team to ensure onsite developments align with marketing objectives and priorities, in terms of site innovations, below the line campaigns and technical developments.
- Work with Product team to improve onsite experience from initial landing through to customer journey.
Who you are:
- You will be an expert thought leader in all aspect of digital with a proven track record in building engaging digital marketing campaigns in owned, earned and bought digital channels.
- You will be a subject matter expert in digital marketing and online customer experiences; understanding the impact of evolving consumer behaviours.
What we are looking for:
- Degree educated with minimum 2:1 classification, ideally in a numerical or scientific field
- Proven experience delivery a variety of B2C focused campaigns with a large degree of ownership and campaign management.
- Strong knowledge in SEO, PPC and display
- Strong analytical skills with experience of using and online analytics tool would be desirable (SQL, Tableau, Quicksilver)
- Experience in delivering campaign landing destinations, previous experience of working with digital teams, agency and in house side is also desirable
