Our client is a national high street retailer looking to heavily invest in their e-commerce channel.
They are looking to find a skilled Digital Analytics Manager to provide an internal consulting service on all matters digital.The post holder will be tasked with:
·Generating unique insights to help shape the customer proposition across all business areas, including pricing, marketing insights, UX and range strategy
·Engaging with stakeholders across key commercial functions to improve trading performance, customer acquisition and shopper loyalty
·Work with individuals at all levels to integrate analytics technology into key decision-making processes
·Stay in tune with wider macro trends in the retail sector, keeping the brand relevant in a fast paced and ever-changing market
·Lead a small team, coaching and mentoring to ensure progression opportunities
Key experiences and skills required:
·Proven record in delivering success for other national brands, operating within a B2C industry, delivering and implementing change
·Expert knowledge of Google Analytics toolkits. SQL, VBA or similar would be highly advantageous
·The ability to work in a start-up environment, often operating in a team which has high levels of ambiguity and autonomy where results are needed and accountability is high
·Confident presenter able to influence at all levels of the business, including C-Suite
