Retail Packaging Co-ordinator

Our client are a leading nationwide retailer with a reputation for product quality and innovation. In this fast paced role you will be responsible for the project management and co-ordination of all aspects of packaging development process. This is a challenging role, giving you ownership of work from concept to launch, along with the day to day administration duties associated with a packaging department.

The key functions of the role will be:

·Responsibility for the project management of packaging artwork and design

·Working to critical path milestones with suppliers and internal functions

·Liaising with QA team both in the UK and Far East to ensure an efficient development process

·Ensure retail own brand packaging is correct, consistent and follows all legal guidelines.

·Liaise with suppliers and internal teams in UK & Far East

The successful candidate will be an outstanding communicator with strong interpersonal skills. It is essential you have previous packaging experience gained working for a retailer or retail supplier and are passionate about the retail industry. You should also have the capability to work with a high level of precision and attention to detail at all times.
