Our client is a leading retailer currently enjoying a period of rapid growth and they have numerous stores nationwide.
Key activities of role:
- Providing commercial administration support to the trading team
- General support for the senior management team
- Production of reports and presentations
- Attend meetings and take complex minutes
- Exceptional and extensive Diary Management
- Assist in the production of business documentation
- Undertake general research activities
- Undertaking varied ad-hoc activities
- Prepare confidential, sensitive and complex correspondence
Key Skills:
- Proficient using Microsoft Packages
- Highly organised, self-starter with ability to communicate at all levels
- Commercially aware
- Professional Manner
- Ability to multitask
- Flexibility
You will have previous Administrative/PA experience and be comfortable working closely with senior business managers. You will have strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
