- Are you a Food Buyer or Purchasing Manager who is looking for a role with less red tape and giving the autonomy to make decisions and have a direct impact on bottom line profit?

You will be given full responsibility to procure the entire range of food products and will have the autonomy to make the day to day and strategic decisions that will have a direct impact on the success of this rapidly growing and successful business.
Applicants should have the following skills and attributes:- Highly developed negotiation skills
- Food buying experience within a Foodservice, Catering, Retail or Wholesale environment
- Excellent supplier management skills
- Excellent relationship building skills are essential in this business to business customer focused environment
- Strong commercial acumen – accountability for achieving and excelling company targets
- Strategic ability – responsible for setting budgets, achieving margins, category profitability etc
- A highly self-motivated individual with experience
Candidates with experience in buying any food product range will be considered including ambient, frozen, chilled, fresh, meat, fish and dairy.
