- Are you a Food Buyer or Purchasing Manager with foodservice buying experience who is looking for an autonomous role to make decisions and have a direct impact on bottom line profit?

You will be given full responsibility to procure a range of food products and will have the autonomy to make the day to day and strategic decisions that will have a direct impact on the success of this rapidly growing and successful business.
Applicants should have the following skills and attributes:- Highly developed negotiation skills
- Food buying experience within a Foodservice / Catering environment
- Excellent supplier management skills
- Excellent relationship building skills are essential in this business to business customer focused environment
- Strong commercial acumen – accountability for achieving and excelling company targets
- Strategic ability – responsible for setting budgets, achieving margins, category profitability etc
- A highly self-motivated individual with experience
Candidates with experience in buying any food product range will be considered including ambient, frozen, chilled, fresh, meat, fish and dairy.
