- We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Fresh to join an innovative London-based scale-up who have achieved continued growth over the past 5 years.
Our client are looking for an entrepreneurial Senior Buying professional who has experience within Fresh food to successfully drive the direction of the category.
The ideal candidate will:- Have at least 7 years’ experience in food buying gained from a leading retailer, foodservice or hospitality company.
- Experience in managing a team of buyers.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Be able to develop strong working relationships at all levels.
- Address difficult issues in an open and constructive way.
- Juggle multiple tasks at once.
- Be creative in your approach, able to find solutions to the challenges our unique business model presents.
- Strong academic background - 2:1
