- My client is a leading management consultancy firm with an exceptional track record for delivering successful, large scale transformation projects across the Financial Services Industry.
As a Senior Manager, you will lead the delivery of high profile projects globally with a primary focus on building new strategies and transforming finance functions within global leading organisations and innovative growth companies. Advising across a range of strategic and performance-based perspectives, you will create long-lasting client relationships and implement unique, tailored and best-practice consulting capabilities in the Financial Services industry.
You will also be responsible for significant contribution towards sales activities and account development, playing a leading role in key bids for large scale projects. Developing a high-performing team will also be a key aspect of this position. You will with a keen focus on nurturing and developing junior members from graduate level to Junior Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading large scale Finance transformation projects
- Contributing to business development on both existing and new accounts
- Developing and progressing more junior team members
- Supporting new strategic direction for the business
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 5-10+ years’ experience in one or more Finance disciplines, e.g. Business Partnering, Finance Operating Model, Commercial Finance, Strategy & Diagnostic
- Prior Management experience in either a big 4 management consultancy or financial services firm.
- Full flexibility to travel across Europe and around the UK on a weekly basis.
- Experience managing relationships with and working alongside C-suite level stakeholders
- Knowledge of one or more FS industry sectors; Capital Markets, Retail Banking or Insurance
- Self-motivated and ambitious with ability to motivate others
- Experience delivering against sales targets regarding new business development preferable but not necessary.
