- Description
Our client are a leading retailer with a great brand and market reputation. They are looking for an individual who is of graduate calibre with experience in E-Commerce / Web Trading, with strong analytical skills.
The overall goal of this role will be to ensure sales and margins are achieved through increased on-site conversion and average order value. You will build effective working relationships across multiple teams delivering improvements to the online customer journey.
Essential Skills
·Previous experience working for a retailer within Online Merchandising / Web Trading
·Ability to identify customer journey development areas
·Excellent PC skills especially Excel
·Strong data analytics skills
·Web analytics
·Knowledge of the retail sector
·Excellent organisational and communication skills: written and verbal
·Proven ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritise workload
·High standards of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
·Flexible and adaptable and ability to multi-task
·Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
