This well-established market leading retailer is looking for a commercial and innovative Assistant Brand Manager.
The right candidate must have a passion for own label product development and marketing to drive growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.The job role involves:
- Developing and implementing appropriate brand plans in conjunction with the commercial team
- Driving profit and sales within the own brand category, across a variety of food product areas
- Own brand product development
- Maintaining core values and ensuring own brand products align with customer needs
- Working with external partners in relation to design, marketing and PR
The successful candidate must possess:
- Previous marketing experience for a food retailer or FMCG manufacturer
- Experience in brand management
- A creative individual that takes a hands on approach
- Strong implementation / execution skills
- Excellent knowledge of the retail sector
- Commercial acumen and analytical ability
