This leading household name retailer is currently looking for an experienced analytically sharp consumer insights professional to join their expanding team.
The role will initially be a fixed term contract with the potential for the role to become permanent in the longer term.
Key elements of the role include:
- Drive understanding of how we can better understand customer behaviour to both delight our customers and achieve our business goals
- Understand customer needs and frustrations to understand and overcome barriers to adopting our services, via a combination of data insight and customer research
- Enable our Marketing plans to be based on up-to-date customer insights that meet the needs of the retail business
- Goal setting for marketing metrics including identifying the key metrics and reporting needs
- In depth analysis of the impact of activities we undertake to understand what is working and where we need to make improvements playing a key role in developing a framework to evaluate and prioritise marketing activities
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders within the UK and international counterparts.
Personal attributes:
- It is essential applicants have a proven track record of managing complex data analytics and deriving actionable insight from this.
- 5+ years consumer insights experience working within a similar data heavy online industry, eg e-commerce, digital trading, online retail / consumer or consulting business
