Our client is a leading retailer who are looking to appoint an experienced Retail Project Manager within their Programme and Project Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-known retailer during this period of change and growth.
Key areas of the role will include:
- Delivering multiple and varied projects to meet the continually fluid requirements of a fast paced and ever changing retail environments
- Create, deliver and agree a critical path of activity for each stage of each project complete with appropriate milestone and stage recognition.
- Own and manage the project budget and financial delivery from project initiation to completion.
- Deliver and manage multiple projects that meet the businesses strategic goals
- Produce clear roles and accountabilities for the project team
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, proving strong influencing skills.
Applicants should have the following skills and attributes:
- Management of a team
- Experienced Retail Project Manager – experience working with a large multi site retailer is essential
- Strong commercial acumen
- Educated to degree level
- Ideally hold a Project Management qualification
- Relevant experience within the retail industry
- High computer literacy
- A highly self-motivated individual
