Our client is a leading eCommerce/retail brand looking to appoint a highly analytical and experienced Supply Chain Manager to their DIY team. Successful candidates will have an extensive skill set and have the ability to work autonomously in highly challenging market.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing the long term supply chain strategy for your category area
- Plan stock availability for new and existing products
- Analysis / development of supply chain processes
- Accurately planning and forecasting future product requirements
- Cross functionally building relationships with other key departments
- Communicate ideas effectively and efficiently
- Develop relationships with UK & EU counterparts to ensure best practices across a range of categories
Key skills and attributes:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering
- Excellent data analysis skills
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
- 5+ years of relevant senior level experience
- Ability to use analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and SQL, is preferable
- Exceptional communication skills
