Our client are a leading online retailer who are looking to appoint an Online Category Executive to their eCommerce team. They are looking for a passionate and intellectual individual who is of graduate calibre with experience in E-Commerce / Web Trading, with strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
·Developing and managing a team
·Increase traffic and conversion through innovative strategies
·Liaising with suppliers
·Meeting KPI’s within category
·Own all visual merchandising in your trading area, which could span over multiple websites
·Launching promotions
·Reporting on the performance of the website
·Onsite A/B testing
·Analysing SEO performance
Essential Skills:
·Graduate Calibre
·Advanced IT skills (including Excel) and the ability to learn new systems quickly
·Strong project and time management ability
·Ability to identify customer journey development areas
·Positive and pro-active attitude
·Previous experience working for a retailer within Online Merchandising / Web Trading
·High standards of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
·Strong web analytics skills
·Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
