Description
This well-known wholesaler is looking to strengthen its senior management by appointing an experienced Buyer.

The main areas of this role will include:

  • Negotiating cost prices
  • Supplier relationship management
  • Selecting a market leading product range
  • Sourcing new suppliers
  • Customer Insights
  • Category strategy development
  • Working closely with suppliers to develop new supply chain initiatives

You will be a strong negotiator and have previous buying experience gained at a senior level for either a large multiple retailer, a manufacturer, wholesaler or foodservice business.
