- Our client is a household name retailer with stores nationwide and an impeccable reputation. They are looking for an assistant buyer to join their commercial team in Drinks and Impulse after a period of sustained growth. You will be involved in negotiations with famous FMCG suppliers and deliver category growth.
Key duties include:- Negotiating with branded FMCG manufacturers
- Managing stakeholder relationships
- Analysing commercial performance

The successful candidate will have:- Buying or commercial experience gained at a multi-site retailer
- Excellent commercial acumen and experience negotiating with large FMCGs
- Exceptional influencing ability
- Experience working in a fast paced business environment
