- Are you a Non-Food Buyer or Purchasing Manager with a strong knowledge of the Foodservice / Catering sector?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join this leading global hospitality and catering business in their trading team. You will be given full responsibility to procure a range of Non-Food products and will have the autonomy to make the day to day and strategic decisions that will have a direct impact on the success of this rapidly growing and successful business. Ideally you will have experience in the following categories:
Chemicals / Janitorial / Disposables / Cleaning / Hygiene
Applicants should also have the following skills and attributes:- Highly developed negotiation skills
- Relevant buying experience within a Foodservice, Catering or Wholesale environment
- Excellent supplier management skills
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Strong commercial acumen – accountability for achieving and excelling company targets
- Strategic ability – responsible for setting budgets, achieving margins, category profitability etc
- A highly self-motivated individual with experience
