- Our client is a disrupter in the financial sector with operations across the globe. Having recently launched their services into the UK, they are now looking to hire a dedicated UK professional to help build brand awareness across a number of number of offline and online channels.
This role requires a marketing professional wanting a highly strategic yet hands on challenge, co-ordinating a number of activities to deliver long term business growth and success. This is a great opportunity to build something from the ground up, and get involved in early stage concept and brand management.
The Person:- Capable of delivering complex and ambiguous programs working in collaboration with a number of internal stakeholders
- Educated to degree level (2:1 or higher) with a focus on a scientific or mathematical disciple, MBA preferred but no essential
- Comfortable working as a sole contributor and operating within a large matrix organisation
- Able to work with UX and CX design teams to build new functionalities and improve product build
Key skills required:- Head of level experience within the fintech or B2B sectors, with quantifiable achievements within both online and offline environments
- Intermediate ability with analytics suites such as SQL, Tableau, R etc
- Project management background with strong record implementing business wide change, ideally influencing wider EU markets.
